We want every WhisperVow piece to feel intentional, personal, and carefully made. If your order is not right, please contact us first so we can review the issue and provide the correct return instructions.
Return Window
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production or fulfillment has not started.
How to Start a Return
Email us at abbeywillwork@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We do not publish a return address on this page. Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your request is approved.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Returned with the original packaging and any included accessories.
- Free from damage, moisture, perfume, cosmetics, lotion, oils, smoke, or other added scents.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Because WhisperVow pieces are scent-based objects, we may be unable to accept returns if the natural fragrance has been altered by personal perfume, skincare products, water, smoke, or environmental odors.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces.
- Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, exposed to water, or affected by outside scents.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Final sale items and gift cards.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
We may refuse a refund or deduct value if the returned item is not in its original condition, has been worn, is damaged, or has been affected by moisture, perfume, cosmetics, lotion, oils, smoke, or other outside scents.

If you would like an exchange, please contact us first. Availability may vary because many WhisperVow pieces are made in small batches.
