We want you to feel completely confident in every piece you choose. If for any reason you're not in love with your jewelry, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Due to the nature of our handmade process and custom designs, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend purchasing return shipping insurance.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition.

If returned item is lost or arrives damaged, any loss in value will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Handcraft Deduction Fee
Each WhisperVow piece is handmade to order, often in unique size and stone combinations. Because returned pieces cannot be resold, we kindly deduct a 20–30% artisan handcraft fee plus shipping costs from your refund.
The remainder will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Warranty & Repair
We stand behind every piece we create.

1-Year Free Tiny-Stone Warranty:
If a manufacturing defect occurs within one year, we will ship a replacement stone free of charge. -
Beyond One Year:
Purchase our Warranty Service, and our team will assess your piece for repair or replacement options at a preferred rate.
Please note: Repair fees are non-refundable and may be applied toward the cost of a replacement if repair is not possible. Replacement costs will always be less than the original selling price.

How to Return
Returns may be shipped using USPS, FedEx, UPS, or any carrier you prefer. Please contact us for the return address before sending your package.
